- Stock the book in Inventory (qty on hand).
- Open hand.grumpy-vet.com.
- Put in hand from the list. Cost / market / comps / ideal load with the lot.
- Set start bid and increment. Talk. Sold at current, Sold at…, or Pass.
- Next piece. Session log is tonight’s tape.
Do not run Surprise Set and Hand as if they were the same show mode. Tracker is the wheel. Hand is one SKU at a time.
