When the sticker is wrong, start here.
Most “it broke” is QZ closed, the wrong Chrome profile, or rotation. Capture bugs are a different list.
Sign in first / Buy does nothing
Sign in on grumpy-vet.com (header). The Xpress app login is a different box. Same email. Then Buy on the product page.
Unable to establish connection with QZ
QZ Tray is not running. Open it. Mac menu bar / Windows tray. Then Find printers again. First time: Allow + Remember on both dialogs. “Verified by QZ Industries” is the good cert.
It prints one sticker and feeds extras / tiny / inverted
That is printer orientation, not capture. Desk → rotation 180 or 0, method TSPL raw (iDPRT / Polano) or OS driver, then Test print until one 2×1 fills the label. Do not chase this during a live.
No enum constant … Format.PNG
Old QZ. Update QZ Tray from qz.io, restart it, Test print again. Desk should send the 2×1 as the printer language (TSPL) or the OS driver — not a random PNG enum.
Surprise set printed the show name / wrong envelope
Set mode to Surprise set. Auto waits for the hit. If it is still early, leave Auto off and hit Print when the item is on screen. Giveaways should say Giveaway / $0 — if you see 0 / 0,0 that is the junk overlay; skip it.
Key saved but still “no license”
Key is from Xpress (paid), not Tracker. It dies in 24 hours. Copy a new one each show. Paste the whole gvx1.… string.
Chrome says the extension is unpacked / dangerous
Until the Chrome Web Store listing is live, install Seller Desk 2.3.6 with Developer mode + Load unpacked. Unzip first — load the gvx-seller-desk folder, not the zip. Download 2.3.6.
Nothing captured
Live must be in the same Chrome profile as Seller Desk. One Whatnot tab. Refresh the live tab after loading the extension. Giveaways and BINs both should hit the log — if the log is empty, the content script is not on that tab.
Footer / logo missing on the sticker
Label design on the desk. Footer is the bottom line (shop name, ~40 characters). Logo left or right. Test print after you change it — the preview is the sticker.
