First label before the first sale.

Four pieces: QZ Tray, Seller Desk in Chrome, an Xpress key, a 2×1 printer. Test print once. Then the live tab does the rest.

Chrome Web Store listing is in review. Until it is live, load Seller Desk 2.3.6 unpacked. Same desk. Same key. Chrome will say “developer mode.” That is expected.

  1. QZ Tray — leave it running

    Install from qz.io. Mac: menu bar icon. Windows: system tray. If QZ is closed, nothing prints.

  2. Seller Desk in Chrome

    Unzip Seller Desk 2.3.6. Load the folder named gvx-seller-desk (it has manifest.json), not the zip.

    Chrome → chrome://extensions → Developer mode ON → Load unpacked → that folder. Pin GVX Seller Desk → Open desk.

  3. 24-hour key

    Sign in at xpress.grumpy-vet.com (same email as this site). Copy Seller Desk key → paste in the desk → Save. New key each show. Surprise Set does not unlock printing.

  4. Printer + test print

    2×1 landscape. Known good: iDPRT 410 (TSPL) and Polano (set method to TSPL raw). Zebra / Dymo / Arkscan: try Auto, then OS driver.

    Desk → Find printers → pick yours → Test print. First QZ dialogs: Verified by QZ Industries → check Remember → Allow. One sticker, not five blanks. If it is tiny or inverted, change rotation (180 / 0) and test again.

Go live

  1. Whatnot live in the same Chrome profile as the extension. One live tab.
  2. Show mode: Item in hand or Surprise set. Giveaways print Giveaway / $0.
  3. Optional: Label design → footer (shop name) and logo left/right.
  4. Auto when you trust capture. Manual + Print when the room is weird.
  5. End of night: CSV or Copy sales for Excel. New show archives the log.
Tapping a hit on Tracker is not a print. The sticker fires from the Whatnot sale.
